Getting to Villa Tawai

Parking

If walking up both hills (15 min / 500 m), park here (location 1 on the map)

If walking the driveway only (2 min / 100 m), park here (location 2 on the map)

Warning

Getting to Villa Tawai requires getting up two steep hills. The first is quite long. The second is the driveway. The driveway is shorter but steeper.

If you're coming for a party or gathering, please don't attempt to come up the driveway; the steepness combined with visibility issues pose too much risk.

At other times, driving up the driveway should only be attempted by experienced drivers / riders with good brakes.

Most people prefer to walk up one or both hills. If you are going to drive up the driveway for the first time, it's advisable to familiarise yourself with the route by walking it beforehand.
